Other interests include counselling and psychotherapy, in which she completed a certificate in March 2007 with Maynooth University. She then turned her attention to health and fitness - leading her to achieve a distinction in Fitness & Group Instruction, with Image Fitness in April 2013. Most recently, she spent almost 3 months in the U.S. completing a 500 Hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training course. Her long-term goal is to continue evolving The Montessori Story by combining her interests, qualifications and experience to create a holistic educational experience for the children and their families.
